On Wednesday 3rd July at 15:30 BST we will be going live on our YouTube channel with author, lecturer and winner of the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Awards at the ELTons, David Crystal.
David will be speaking to one of Cambridge’s teacher trainers, Matt Ellman. During the event, Matt will be asking David about 3 key areas:
- recent developments in the English language that teachers should be aware of, and which may inform their future lessons,
- how you can stay on top of these changes in language and teach them in the classroom
- how to learn about and adapt to new technologies.
David will also talk about his passion for English and what else he wants to achieve in his life and career. As this is a live event, you will have the opportunity to submit your own questions for David through YouTube, which we will try to answer at the end of the session.
